Being a Community Builder @Wemanity means :
You will be part of the support team, and to work closely with the business team.
We have tree business unit and the team of recruitment is compos of 4 people: Casandra, Thibault, Théophile and Sarah.
As all the company we are working in Agile way. In our team we use Scrum methodology, you will hear about daily, retro, devOps, dotnet, Product Owner, innovation, ninja… but do not worry we will train you and support you.
You will have the support of a recruiter coach that will help you during yours first months, to learn you the best practices of sourcing, how to lead an interview with different methodologies (Lean canvas, the Starfish, Speed Boat, Remember the futur, Moving Motivators…), negotiate a contract…

Your mission (if you accepte it 🦸)
• You play a key role in attracting, identifying and selecting key talent :
o You detect the growth potential of the candidates you meet
o You will support the team recruitment for the full recruitment process of your candidates
o You will be using a combination of sourcing channels (social media, job boards, direct search, career events…)
o You develop candidates channels building networks: colleagues, schools, to attract top talent

Expected Profile 🤩
• First experience in recruitment is appreciated, but not mandatory
• Good communication skills

• Fluent in French and good level in English (you would be able to facilitate an discussion in English ;)
