The Business Operations Specialist will support the Supply Expansion and Customer Experience teams to improve overall performance. The BO Specialist will work cross-functionally on projects, collaborating with the team to ensure effective execution and achievement of goals.
The BO Specialist has a deep understanding of Wecasa's operations to support operational teams. This role involves an understanding of the internal tools used daily, as well as strong analytical skills to provide relevant business insights to team leads and managers.
The Business Operations Specialist reports to the Lead Business Operations and works closely with the Customer Experience and Supply Expansion teams.
