This role involves assisting with management of our third-party logistics provider Arvato and collaboration with our Central Customer Service teams (TCC). The role help to monitor Third Party performance via KPI’s , analyze data, driver performance, review Warner volumes and manage partner invoices. They will participate in logistics projects and focus on Amazon account operations
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Maintain daily communication between affiliates and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth operations.
Track undelivered orders and follow up on return rejections handled by GESTRA/ARVATO.
Support the distribution of WMF new releases by managing specific orders in coordination with TCC.
Assist in coordinating WMF campaigns across the inventory team, TCC, and ARVATO.
Perform monthly checks on order, distribution, and freight Excel files to verify data accuracy.
Help monitor distribution and freight costs by updating cost dashboards and preparing recharge files for affiliates.
Compile data for monthly and quarterly management reports covering logistics costs, European customers, and Sales.
Calculate quarterly freight KPIs and compare results against ARVATO data.
Support supply chain process reviews to help identify areas for potential optimization.
Assist with freight optimization tasks, such as coordinating shipment pooling with Sony Music.
Help resolve logistical claims and work with ARVATO to implement identified solutions.
Act as a point of contact for Amazon-specific logistics requirements and related tasks.
Contribute to European logistics projects through data preparation and internal/external coordination.
