We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Apprentice to support the Revenue Operations team in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success processes. This role will help streamline operations, optimize data flows, and improve overall go-to-market efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Support reporting, dashboards, and data quality checks.
  • Help document and improve processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Participate in the monitoring of KPIs and support the creation of performance reports.
  • Assist with tool configuration (e.g., Clari, Groove, HubSpot) and user support.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional projects and RevOps initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and training content.

 


Profil recherché

  • You have a foundational understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and you're comfortable navigating spreadsheets or dashboards.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and enjoy problem-solving with data.
  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, and can adapt your message depending on your audience.
  • You’re organized, reliable, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • You work well in a team and are not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.
  • A good command of English (B2 level or higher) is important, as part of your work may involve interacting with international teams or documentation.
  • You are currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or data-oriented program (equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s degree), and are looking for a hands-on opportunity to learn about Revenue Operations in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
  • You are motivated by operational excellence, curious about how businesses run across marketing, sales, and customer success, and excited to contribute to process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
