1.    Objectives and key missions:

Objectives regarding the mission: Ensure deployment & maintenance of:

·       the Quality organization

·       the Internal Project management methodology

·       Quality internal control over the company

2.    Key activities:

Project Governance

·       Design a structured project management methodology tailored to internal projects within an SME or mid-sized company.

·       Identify, implement, and manage project management tools.

·       Define deliverable templates for each project phase.

·       Develop and track project KPIs and dashboards (budget, timeline, progress, workload, risks, etc.).

·       Participate to project portfolio consolidation

·       Deploy methodologies and tools across the company through a network of internal stakeholders.

Quality Governance

  • With executive sponsorship, define and deploy the company-wide quality strategy.
  • Establish and lead a quality governance framework integrated across all departments and aligned with the company's growth and transformation challenges.
  • Ensure processes align with practices and evaluate compliance, risks, and opportunities.

Business Process Formalization & Improvement

  • Support business units in formalizing, optimizing, and documenting key processes.
  • Contribute to the harmonization of internal practices and to the creation of deliverables intended for clients or external partners.
  • Redesign the existing QMS.
  • Raise awareness and train teams in quality practices; ensure the effective rollout of the QMS.

Profil recherché

Key skills:

Operational and technical Profile

  • 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Degreed Engineer with BAC+5 Master
  • Experience in designing and deploying Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Strong background in business process modeling, optimization, and documentation
  • Proven ability to set up and deploy project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Familiarity with PMO frameworks and project governance at SME/ETI scale

Interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to challenge constructively and drive consensus across departments
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels, including C-levels
  • Ability to engage and federate cross-functional teams around quality and project initiatives
  • Experience in coaching, training, and promoting continuous improvement culture

Soft skills

  • Autonomous, structured, and results-driven
  • Proactivity and strong problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and transformation-driven environments
