We are looking for our DACH Sales Director to accelerate the DACH market for Wakeo and conquer new businesses in Germany.

You will be the first (wo)man on the ground to evangelize our solution and conduct active networking to develop our local footprint. This position is flexible in terms of location.

Missions

  • Drive market awareness and evangelize our solution.

  • Be responsible for Wakeo’s global sales target, especially in DACH region and generate new business by managing the full sales cycle,  via a significant proportion of prospecting and high-quality networking.

  • Represent Wakeo at tradeshows, conferences, and webinars as a speaker to increase brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with market influencers such as consulting firms and SC software providers, in partnership with the Partnership Manager.

  • Contribute to the company’s go-to-market strategy, including ICP definition, product feedback, channel prioritization, client success stories, etc.

  • Become an expert of Wakeo’s product and the Supply Chain software market.


Profil recherché

  • Fluency in German and English is a must.

  • 8+ years of experience in complex B-to-B enterprise sales experience is required, preferably in a Saas company. Experience in supply chain is a plus, at least genuine interest.

  • Ability to operate in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  •  Ability to work in full autonomy and in a context of capturing new markets strategically.

  • Track record of carrying a high annual quota. You are an overachiever, you always go the last mile to close your deals : you love challenge!

  • You have a deep knowledge of sales process and methodology to deal with complex sales cycles. You are comfortable with addressing C-levels and senior executives in large groups and negotiating complex enterprise agreements.

  •  You are able to sell across multiple lines of business (IT, transportation, procurement, logistics, operations, etc
