We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Data Analyst (your direct manager) to enhance our product and to support all teams at Wakeo with impactful dashboards, data insights, and operational reporting.

MISSIONS 💪

Dashboarding & reporting

  • Maintain, improve, and create dashboards using Power BI for both internal teams and external customers.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity across all reports and visualizations.
  • Interact with end users to understand their needs.

Data operations & support

  • Investigate data-related support tickets and provide clear, timely resolutions.
  • Use SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data for various business needs.
  • Monitor and ensure data reliability across different systems.

Automation & process optimization

  • Contribute to the automation of data processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring tasks and improve workflows.
  • Help scale internal tools and ensure long-term maintainability of data processes.
  • Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, documentation, or process automation.

Data accessibility & KPI definition

  • Work closely with Product and operations teams to define relevant KPIs.
  • Build and iterate on monitoring tools to track product performance and data quality.
  • Contribute to internal discussions on how data can inform decisions.
  • Make data accessible to all teams.

IDEAL PROFILE ⭐

  • You speak French and English fluently.
  • You have graduated from an Engineering School, Business School, or relevant Master’s program.(Math, Stats, Data, etc.) with 1-3 years of professional experience in a data-related role.
  • You have a good command of SQL language (Join, Aggregate, Condition,…).
  • You are familiar with at least one BI tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc).
  • You have strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
  • You are autonomous, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, and you are not afraid to take initiatives!

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, Make, Zapier,…).
  • Basic Python Knowledge.
  • A first experience in a startup or tech environment.
