Wakam is a European B2B2C insurer that designs white label insurance products for its partners (e-retailers, brokers and fintechs/insurtechs, etc.). Our insurance products have the particularity of being embedded in the products or services offered to the end-customer (for example, you take a self-service e-scooter, you are automatically insured).

In Wakam, we audit all of our partners which distribute or handles insurance product, focusing not only on standard activities, but also always keeping in mind the following questions: "Does the partner offer the best quality of service for our clients? What is the real risk for us ? Are they in line with Regulatory requirements?

Attached to the Partnership Audit team, supervised by the Partnership Audit Team Lead, you will have an active role and provide support in all different phases of the life of a Wakam partner, from the onboarding, during the life of the partnership, until the end of the partnership.

The different phase you will be involved in:

Partners Due diligence:

• Documentation analysis

Pre audit:

• Analysis of self-certificate process & customer journey

Audit:

• Audit organisation / support in audit preparation
• Sample review
• Analysis of the documentation
• Audit report drafting

Follow up recommendations:

• Chase Partner for action plan after audit report published
• Follow up assignment on regular & quarterly basis
• Update our recommendations dashboard

✯ Profile

• You currently follow up your studies in insurance sector, at Master level with Audit speciality / legal or Risk profile could be a fit
• French & English language skills are required for this position, 3rd european language is a real advantage
• You are very organised, multitasks and good communicator
• You are dynamic, reactive and you perform in demanding and fast-paced environments
• You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy as well as your analytical, synthesis and writing skills
• You adapt quickly to your efforts and manage priorities perfectly
• You also like to collaborate in a team and you are driven by the achievement of objectives within a group
