As a Lead Back-End Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the infrastructure that powers our games and live operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping our architecture and ensuring it’s reliable, scalable, and secure.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure backend systems

• Collaborate with game developers, product, and data teams to build efficient APIs and services

• Ensure uptime, performance, and smooth live operations

• Manage and mentor backend engineers (future hires)

• Own DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture reviews, and long-term strategy

🧩 Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in backend development

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)

• Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, and databases

• Comfortable working in a startup environment: autonomous, proactive, flexible

• Fluent in English

• You live in France, Spain, or another CET-friendly country

• Bonus: experience in mobile gaming or live game infrastructure
