Job Description

As a  Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privé’s  teams. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, directly impacting our ability to attract and retain "A players." 

You’ll Be: 

• Building strong pipelines for digital talent. 
• Crafting a seamless and engaging candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding. 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals. 
• Constantly improving our hiring process using data-driven insights and market trends.

Your Missions 

• Define Objectives & Drive Results: Partner with business leads to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and create sourcing strategies for digital roles. 
• Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and advocate for candidates throughout their journey with us. Collaborate with HR to refine and optimize onboarding processes. 
• Build & Manage Talent Pipelines: Leverage sourcing tools and innovative techniques to proactively engage top talent. Maintain relationships with candidates for current and future needs. 
• Leverage Data to Optimize Recruitment: Use KPIs to evaluate sourcing success and hiring processes. Continuously refine strategies for efficiency and impact.

• You have 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on sourcing for digital roles. 
• You’re passionate about identifying exceptional talent and building great teams. 
• You’ve successfully managed complex hiring pipelines and enjoy optimizing processes for results. 
• You’re fluent in French and English and thrive in fast-paced environments. 
• You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
