Directly reporting to the Chief of Sales Officer, you will be, as the Country Manager, responsible for the successful implementation of our model in Belgium (launched in June 2015) and the Netherlands (launched in June 2016) and its growth.
In this capacity, your main missions will include:
Understanding the Belgian (FR, NL, and EN) and Dutch markets. Operational management of the Voyage-Prive.be and Voyage-Prive.nl websites. Organization, coordination, and management of a content team (3-4 individuals) to deliver the offer publication plan. Monitoring and control. Performance analysis and optimization of offer visibility. Marketing: Coordination of marketing operations. Coordination and monitoring of member acquisition. CRM monitoring. Operational management & customer service oversight. Point of contact & liaison with support teams: continuous improvement of the site in collaboration with tech / operations / UX / marketing teams. Recruitment and team training. Business reporting & P&L monitoring.
What we offer
Native Dutch speaker with strong proficiency in English (and French is a bonus). You have prior professional experience in web and management. Knowledge of e-travel is a plus. Additionally, you possess analytical skills, speed of execution, rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of humor, and teamwork spirit. Flexible and adaptable with a taste for challenges and the ability to manage stress. A strong work capacity within tight deadlines and a high motivation to exceed objectives will also be appreciated.
