We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition in charge of supporting all We Moms roles from sourcing to onboarding.

This includes a diverse range of profiles, including Techs, Sales, and Creatives, all seniority levels.

  • Define a large-scale sourcing strategy (e.g. identification of the best recruitment channels, KPI's…) to recruit the best profiles for We Moms
  • Manage and design the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive and distinctive candidate experience (job descriptions, scorecards, case studies, interview framework, etc.)
  • Promote the employer brand and WeMoms' values on all job boards (LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, etc.).
  • Data-driven reporting to WeMoms' stakeholders to help make informed decision-making.
  • Monitor by staying abreast of new trends in talent development and innovation.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes with the assistance of our Office Manager to ensure the best possible arrival/departure for our employees.
  • Profile

  • 3 years of experience in recruitment in a start-up/scale-up environment or in a recruitment agency (having managed large volumes of recruitment)
  • Previous experience in recruiting tech profiles
  • Proficient in French and English
  • Storytelling skills to articulate how WeMoms is an amazing adventure to attract and convince candidates
  • Structured and autonomous
  • Instinct for spotting and unearthing talent
  • Flair for challenges and surpassing oneself
  • Hackers Spirit - You know how to find effective solutions independently, sometimes with limited resources.
