Voodoo is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Associate to own user acquisition activities on a portfolio of games and apps. Reporting to Country Lead China, you will leverage your expertise and creativity to turn great mobile products into global hits.

  • Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games and/ or apps
  • Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our games and apps
  • Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback
  • Use our suite of internal growth tools and interface with our Tech team to continuously improve them
  • Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation
  • Lead transversal projects and coach junior team members Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with our partnerships, leading and assisting local teams in customer/prospect discussions with our strategic partners.
  • Responsible for building and executing business plans for establishing key partnerships to support revenue growth objectives; negotiating corporate-wide agreements with strategic partners

    • Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and, ideally, experience in mobile gaming
  • Expertise in paid acquisition
  • Successful track record with ROAS strategies on mobile games and/ or apps
  • Intimately familiar with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
  • Experience with influencer marketing and ASO
  • Hacker mindset: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics
  • Fluency in English fluently
