Descriptif du poste

  • Support to the team with respect to the setting-up of gaming studios in the entire world as well as for the M&A deals made by the Voodoo Group
  • Assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the contractual and corporate documentation of M&A deals
  • Incorporation of subsidiaries, including in the form of joint-ventures, in the entire world
  • Coordination with French and local legal advisors
  • Organization of signing and closing process 
  • Corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the Voodoo Group
  • Corporate governance issues
  • Implementation and follow-up of incentive mechanisms for employees
  • Corporate support to the Group entities (capital increases, organization of shareholders’ and board meetings, drafting of PoAs, etc.)
  • Provide legal guidance and solutions to operational teams 

    • Profile

  • Fluent English
  • A first successful experience as intern in the corporate/M&A department of a law firm or of a company 
  • You master the Office Pack and demonstrate rigor, diplomacy and a sense of confidentiality
  • Sense of listening, availability, ability to work in a team, and a good sense of humor will be great assets for a successful journey at Voodoo

  • 6 months internship starting in July 2023
