Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.

Within the HR team sits the IT Team that’s growing quickly. We’ve indeed recently hired an IT Manager with extensive experience and a vision to continue modernizing Voodoo’s IT systems. Part of his efforts are currently dedicated to growing the IT team. We just hired an IT & SaaS Administrator and we’re now looking for a second one to join this great team and take on exciting challenges!

  • Provide a qualitative experience on a daily basis to our onsite or remote employees: network and connectivity management, maintenance of a qualitative ticketing system to manage IT priorities, conference rooms systems,..,..)
  • Work with other support teams to make the onboarding and offboarding experience top-notch (IT policies, equipment deployment,..)
  • Managing the various Saas environments (license provisioning / inventory / user rights / ressources access...) and other employees equipment (computers and phone fleet - iOS and Android)
  • Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role (L1/L2), ideally with an experience in high-growth technology companies (start-up/scale-up) and/or fast-moving environments
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are willing to bring a new vision to provide an efficient IT strategy to support our international entities and most of all, to support our employee experience
  • You take initiatives and could work in a autonomous way
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with others stakeholders
  • You have already supported Apple / PC devices
  • You have used G Suite and other common SaaS applications
  • You have great verbal and written communications skills en French and English
