Your mission

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of our growth engine. Your job is to generate qualified meetings with healthcare leaders who are overwhelmed by missed calls and inefficiencies, and show them how Vocca can change the game.

You’ll hunt, qualify, and open doors so our Account Executives can close. You’ll learn how to prospect like a pro, pitch like a consultant, and build a sales career at rocket speed.

Expected outcomes

1 month :

  • Master our pitch, our CRM, and our outbound playbook.

  • Book your first qualified meetings with healthcare prospects.

3 months :

  • Consistently hit monthly meeting targets through a mix of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Own inbound qualification: every lead gets a fast, thoughtful response.

  • Share field insights with Sales & Marketing to improve targeting.

6-12 months :

  • Become a top performer hitting and exceeding quota.

  • Test and refine new outbound tactics (copy, sequences, channels).

  • Mentor new SDRs as the team grows.

  • Prepare to step up into Account Executive or Growth roles at Vocca.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any role where convincing and resilience were key.

  • Already used a Attio (CRM)

Hiring Process

1️⃣ Intro interview (20 min)

Conversation with the Head of Sales to get to know each other and confirm alignment.

2️⃣ Situational interview (1h30)

Interview with the CEO and Head of Sales: targeted questions + sales role-play + debrief.

3️⃣ Founders interview (30 min)

Meeting with the two co-founders to discuss vision, culture, and ambition.

4️⃣ Reference check
