📜 Position and Missions

As a Junior Project Manager Consultant in VIE, you will be required to carry out various missions, including project management for our clients and support for the office manager in developing the subsidiary:

Client Missions:
- Project management, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements of our clients needs
- Managing the project schedule and budget
- Managing client communication/relationships

Team Support on Projects:
- Preparing and facilitating workshops
- Monitoring and coordinating teams
- Quality control and user support
- Potential configuration tasks on various tools

Subsidiary Development:
- Creating customized proposal materials
- Scoping and creating commercial support elements (videos, mockups & other supports)
- Various support tasks (onboarding employees, strategic presentations…)

🤝About You

This position is for you if you are looking for a VIE to discover the beginnings of our development in Switzerland. This position offers the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment at the end of the VIE.
With a genuinely autonomous and organized temperament, you are curious and have the ambition to take your clients and colleagues far.
You have at least 1 year of experience where you have developed skills in digital consulting services and IT project methodologies. Understanding CRM (and its applications) as well as knowledge of the Swiss market, the retail world, and luxury, in general, is a plus.
