Position

In collaboration with a Practice Manager, your objective is to contribute to brand development by leveraging your business and functional skills with Luxury/Retail clients to successfully deliver high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in pre-sales activities and participate in the implementation of projects addressing our clients' digital transformation challenges.

Gather client needs and expectations, then create associated tickets on JIRA.

Organize collected requirements based on immediate client priorities.

Translate client needs and envision possible solutions in terms of functionalities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to draft specifications for each functionality as User stories.

Plan tasks for sprint cycles.

Ensure the quality of new developments to deliver solutions that perfectly meet client expectations and challenge IT and business teams.

Act as the interface between the IT team and business stakeholders and mediate when necessary.

Profile

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) and have at least 2 years of successful and significant experience as a Product Owner, ideally with Agile methodology expertise in the Retail/Luxury sector.

You are proactive, curious, rigorous, and meticulous to ensure quality deliverables to clients. Your strong customer service orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team, and comprehensive project management vision will be assets for success in this role. You excel in communication, active listening, and challenging teams, and you are proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
