As Head of Investor Relations & Partnerships at VivaTech, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our global investor ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and executing the full investor experience, from sourcing and onboarding investor partners (VCs, CVCs, LPs, Business Angels) to creating premium programs and high-value opportunities during VivaTech. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders to strengthen VivaTech’s positioning as the leading platform for connecting startups, investors, and innovation leaders. Beyond the investor program, you will contribute to strategic initiatives including event partnerships, LeWeekEnd, and our Business Concierge service.

Responsabilities :

1. Investor Relations & Program

  • Identify, engage, and convert new investor partners (VCs, CVCs, LPs, BAs) in France and internationally

  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of key investors

  • Build strong relationships with key investors and develop a deep understanding of each partner’s needs and strategic objectives

  • Contribute to the organization of VivaTech Tour events abroad (VC Breakfast, CVC dinners etc)

  • Design the investor experience and program at VivaTech for both investor partners and investor attendees: investor lounge, curated content, matchmarking format, side events, speaking opportunities

  • Strengthen VivaTech’s value proposition by driving meaningful connections between startups and investors

  • Continuously improve and elevate the investor journey with each edition

2. Partnerships & Special Projects

Event Partnerships

  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships with external tech events to ensure mutual value creation

  • Identify, assess, and develop new event partnerships that enhance VivaTech’s visibility, ecosystem presence, and strategic impact

Le WeekEnd

Le WeekEnd is a 2-day, invitation-only summit co-hosted by VivaTech and one of its partners, gathering 100+ of the top respected founders, investors, and technology leaders, and offering a unique opportunity to meet, network, learn, and celebrate in the heart of Paris.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of the program with our co-organiser and event operator

  • Contribute to shaping the content, structure, and overall experience of the program

  • Identify and invite high-profile guests aligned with the program’s criteria and positioning

3. Business Concierge

VivaTech’s Business Concierge service is a premium offering designed to create personalized, high-ROI experiences for executive clients through strategic meeting facilitation.

  • Continuously improve and elevate the service with each edition

  • Manage a team of freelancers responsible for delivering the Business Concierge service operationally

  • Identify and recommend high-value meetings for clients

  • Support the organization and scheduling of meetings while managing client relationships

  • Accompany delegations during the event to ensure a seamless and impactful experience


Profil recherché

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, startup ecosystems, or innovation partnerships 

  • Proven international experience and professional fluency in English 

  • Deep network within the VC/CVC/LP/Business Angel community, ideally internationally 

  • Passionate about innovation and startups - strong knowledge of the investment landscape, emerging trends, and challenges facing both startups and investors 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with tight deadlines - strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams (sales, marketing, content…) 

  • Ability to manage a team included one permanent employee and several freelancers 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and high-profile stakeholders 

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a service-oriented mindset 

  • Experience in event programming is a strong asset
