HDI is looking for its next HSE Manager for one of its projects in the United Kingdom.

You will be present from the start to the end of the project, ensuring that HDI’s QHSE standards are implemented on site. You will work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and report functionally to the QHSE Manager and operationally to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement HDI's HSE policies and procedures on site: action plans, Golden Rules, corporate standards.

• Identify, assess, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks from project kickoff.

• Prepare HSE documentation in accordance with client and project requirements.

• Lead daily and weekly safety routines: toolbox talks, inductions, safety quarter-hour briefings.

• Monitor and analyze HSE indicators (KPIs); prepare reports for both the client and HDI corporate.

• Investigate non-conformities, incidents, near-misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee temporary works procedures and compliance related to site-specific setups.

• Occasionally supervise safety personnel (e.g., Safety Officers, Lifting Supervisors), depending on the size of the project.

HDI recherche son futur manager HSE pour l'un de ses chantiers au Royaume-Uni.

Vous êtes présent du début à la fin du chantier, garant(e) de la bonne application des exigences QHSE de HDI, et en lien étroit avec les équipes terrain et les sous-traitants.

Vos principales missions :

• Déployer la politique HSE HDI sur le chantier : procédures, plans d’actions, règles d’or.

• Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques santé/sécurité/environnement, dès la phase de lancement du chantier.

• Préparer la documentation HSE selon les exigences client et projet.

• Animer les rituels sécurité : réunions hebdo, briefings, accueil sécurité, ¼ d’heure sécurité.

• Suivre et analyser les indicateurs HSE (KPI), préparer les reportings client et HDI corporate.

• Gérer les non-conformités, incidents, presque accidents : recherche de causes racines, actions correctives.

• Intervenir sur les temporary works : maîtrise des dispositifs temporaires et procédures associées.

• Encadrer ponctuellement des profils sécurité sur site (ex : safety officers, lifting supervisors).

🎓 Education & Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HSE Manager or Coordinator role, preferably on construction or infrastructure projects.

• Proven background in construction, civil engineering, oil & gas, or heavy industry is required.

• Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations (including Scotland and England).

• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent are a strong asset.

• Solid understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001),
  Ability to draft and audit HSE documentation,

• Skilled in incident investigation methods (e.g., root cause analysis, fault tree),

• Comfortable with digital tools: Power BI, PowerForms, MS Office Suite.

🎓 Formation & expérience :

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en tant que HSE Manager / Coordinateur HSE sur chantier.

• Expérience dans les secteurs construction, génie civil, BTP ou O&G requise.

• Bonne connaissance des exigences QHSE britanniques (Angleterre et Écosse).

• Formation HSE reconnue (NEBOSH, IOSH, ou équivalent UK) appréciée.

• Connaissance des normes ISO (9001, 14001, 45001),

• Capacité à rédiger et auditer de la documentation HSE,

• Maîtrise des méthodes d’analyse des incidents (arbre des causes),

• Aisance avec les outils informatiques : Power BI, PowerForms (formulaires digitaux), pack Office.
