We are now looking for an ambitious UX Researcher to join and support our team, passionate about interfaces and user experience, whose main mission will be to work on new features and make our product suite easy to use. You will partner closely with the Head of design on various types of projects and you’ll design a research strategy. You will be in charge of improving the design of our existing interfaces, and enabling our users to be more efficient and productive when working on our platform. You will mainly work in the Product team, but you will also work with the Marketing and Customer success teams

🎯 Your missions :

• Support our Product team to prepare, coordinate, and conduct UX research; gather user data following a structured approach, and present your analysis

• Research, user testing, workshop facilitation

• Develop our User Research toolbox with the most relevant tools, methods, and frameworks

• Participate in all stages of the design process (research, workshop, etc) with a focus on the user interface

• Build solutions prototypes and express hypotheses in order to conduct user tests

• Standardize research methods and support documentation to enable consistent application across teams

• Create communication tools for both internal and external uses

• Manage strategic projects for the company and report to the Head of Design with findings and issues related to those projects

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

• It doesn’t matter if you’ve graduated from design school, spun out in your career, or self-molded into interface and user experience design.

• You’ve already been part of a SaaS software team

• 3+ years experience in a similar UX position (as UX researcher or UX designer)

• You are knowledgeable in Sketch and Figma

• You are trained in design thinking and have already designed and facilitated workshops

• Passion for the technology world, curiosity in new subjects and ability to easily take initiatives

• Proven ability to handle and manage various activities at once

• Willingness to take on challenges, show resilience and learn new skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A strong communicator, experienced in working with cross-functional teams

• Fluent in english
