-We are now looking for an ambitious UI/UX/Product Designer to join and support our team, passionate about interfaces and user experience, whose main mission will be to work on new features and make our product suite easy to use. You will partner closely with the Head of design on various types of projects, such as : Creation of visual interfaces for the website. Visual identity : Implementation of a design library for web elements. You will be in charge of improving the design of our existing interfaces, creating new ones and enabling our users to be more efficient and productive when working on our platform. You will mainly work in the Product team, but you will also work with the Marketing and Customer success teams

🎯 Your missions :

• Craft and set up new features for our platforms
• Estimation of your tasks
• Design and improvement of interfaces, user paths, icons and illustrations, copywriting
• Research, user testing, workshop facilitation
• Design of internal and external communication tools
• Participate in all stages of the design process (research, workshop, etc) with a focus on the user interface
• Build solutions prototypes and express hypotheses in order to conduct user tests
• Create communication tools for both internal and external uses
• Manage strategic projects for the company and report to the Head of Design with findings and issues related to those projects

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

• It doesn’t matter if you’ve graduated from design school, spun out in your career, or self-molded into interface and user experience design.
• You’ve already been part of a SaaS software team
• You felt into the agile game early
• Your roller skates are called Sketch and Figma
• You are trained in design thinking and have already designed and facilitated workshops
• Passion for the technology world, curiosity in new subjects and ability to easily take initiatives
• Proven ability to handle and manage various activities at once
• Willingness to take on challenges, show resilience and learn new skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A sharp eye for clean and elegant visuals
• Basic notions of design systems, portfolio featuring examples of previous design projects (freelance or personal projects)
• Good communication skills (professional English mandatory)
• You are creative, optimistic, empathetic and curious
• You are able to make controlled slips and adapt to the changing road of the startup world
• You can take criticism and bounce back
• You know how to develop and argue your proposals
• You are “quick & dirty” and a “pixel perfect” too

• you have the gear of the creative data punk
• you like counting dots on maps, eating donuts while drawing contour lines on a satellite view
• you like semantics, systemics, codexes, complex systems
• you have a nice illustration touch and know how to tell stories that are not easy for a child
• you like to build windmills and automate watering
• you have already built your own vehicle
