We are looking for a strong and charismatic Head of Sales to lead our scale up plan and join our fast-growing startup adapted to a booming market.

This key role is perfect for someone results oriented, who is a collaborative thought leader, and has experience deepening relationships. We are also looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and knows how to create, support and inspire a dynamic and diverse sales team. 

You will make a real impact as a core member of our sales and international expansion strategy.

🎯 Your missions :

  • As Head of Sales your role will involve engaging with a wide number of internal stakeholders. Your role will be key in promoting Vianova’s data platform to help cities build a more efficient and sustainable transportation system. You will report directly to the CEO, this role will be pivotal in helping deliver value back to the business.

  • Create and implement a strategy aimed at improving market position, make sure this strategy is well implemented and drive the company’s business development

  • Collect, structure and share the best sales practices within the organization. Lead, coach and develop the Sales team in our business development. Be part of our recruitment processes to find and hire the best new team members.

  • Increase productivity, manage Sales Development pipeline growth, and make sales forecasts specific & reliable.

  • Build sales processes and improve usage of Hubspot, build performance dashboarding

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and sales engineering are allocated appropriately for success.

  • Attend seminars, conferences and events to build your network, strategic relationships, target the key prospects and arouse cities’ interest regarding our solution

  • Provide frequent reports of sales and overall financial performance to cofounders, you’ll be part of the board.

Profil recherché

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university or business school

  • Very good knowledge of sales processes & methodologies

  • Strong experience leading SaaS sales in fast growing startup or tech company

  • Preferred experience within Enterprise / Public Sector Saas Sales

  • Strong leadership and management of team motivation and objectives

  • Maker spirit and grit: we are looking for someone passionate, entrepreneurial and go-getter, with a strong work ethic as well as a genuine interest in the company’s mission

  • Experience in people management (incl. hiring, developing and retaining talent)

  • Full fluency in English

  • Data Analytics / Mobility industry experience or experience in public procurement is nice to have

  • Been part of growth startup journey from Seed/ Series A to successful company - help grow the company from 1M ARR to 10M ARR

  • Lead by example - pushing the hardest and most important company deals

  2. cultural fit interview with one or CEO (~40min)

  3. fully remote exercise or case study to evaluate your hard skills

  4. debriefing your exercise and projecting yourself in the company (~60min)

  5. meeting with the team (~2h)
