Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Traffic Manager to join the Performance Marketing team in Paris manage our Performance Marketing investments for the Asia Pacific Region.

About the role

You role will cover 3 main missions:

Steering: Improve the performance of our marketing mix

  • Own APAC marketing performance, measured by ROI
  • Monitor campaigns performance and ensure it is optimized end-to-end based on the metrics and KPIs that are driving decisions
  • Provide expert technical media advice to elevate work and ensure innovation runs through the entire plan
  • Perform deep dive analysis in order to identify business and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing Channels in-house teams in the Global team

Planning: Translate business and financial goals into marketing targets

  • Build innovative media plan for each country across multiple objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion) by recommending optimal channel mix in order to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Digital Branding Manager in order to define goals, KPIs, media plan and the right measurement framework
  • Translate Business Plan goals into clear and actionable marketing objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Analyst, Planning team and the Finance team

Strategy: Contribute to the localization of the marketing strategy

  • Challenge the status quo and bring innovation ideas (Creatives, local networks and emerging channels, leverage on local trends,..)
  • Craft the experimentation strategy (media, creative testing, audience, bidding, budget, important metrics), work with channels to implement it, and report performance
  • Adapt our performance marketing strategy to each local market
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Science team and Channels teams on Testing initiatives

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Online performance marketing experience and deep familiarity with the APAC media landscape
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills (Proficiency with Excel, SQL & dashboarding tools)
  • Strong customer-centric approach - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the platform and the brand
  • Self-motivated and strong collaborator, who encourages confidence and influences peer teams and partners
  • Determined and resilient under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
