We are looking for an HR Support & Payroll Manager to head our HR Operations team in France.
Purpose of the role: you will lead the HR Support & Payroll team for all administrative processes regarding the Employee Lifecycle, ensuring a high-level service to employees and managers across our French sites. You will ensure that our services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards and local needs and practices.
You will manage a team of 10 across 5 locations (Sales Marketing company and factories) around the country.
What you will do:
Manage the team, creating a productive and high-engagement culture.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and local leadership to ensure services are relevant and add clear value.
Implement the P&O Service Delivery Model, ensuring smooth collaboration across all French sites.
Optimize process improvements and change management in HR and payroll operations.
Ensure effective optimization of global HR tools (notably Workday), while supporting digital transformation.
Oversee payroll accuracy, legal compliance, and vendor performance in line with contracts.
Act as a specialist on local HR processes and employment law, ensuring best practices are shared and maintained.

10+ years of experience
Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and empowering management style.
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and experience managing HR shared services across multiple sites.
Deep understanding of French employment law and best practices in payroll and HR support.
Experience with Works Councils and social dialogue is an advantage.
Methodological approach with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
Change management capabilities and persistence to implement transformation when faced with resistance
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
