Descriptif du poste

The position of CSM is crucial to Veesion’s success: you will be the key to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will handle onboarding, formation, and customer satisfaction for the Dutch market.

You will also be in daily contact with the technical teams (developers and technicians), which will allow you to expand your knowledge on transversal subjects. you will evolve in a young, international and stimulating environment!

The objective? Maximize customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty, so you’ll have to anticipate the friction points they might have by taking into account the customer’s use of the product.

Your role at Veesion will be to:

  • Identify and respond to customer needs

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Analyze customer dashboard.

  • Help with the organization and distribution of the team’s tasks

  • Create customer documents (instructional sheets, documents and internal processes)

Your profile :

  • You have a good critical sense, you like to analyze problems and find solutions.

  • You speak Dutch and English (C1)

Déroulement des entretiens

Interview Process:

We are committed to a rapid recruitment process in 3 steps:

  • An initial interview with our talent acquisition team to introduce you to the company, answer your questions and get to know you

  • An interview with one of our CSM managers, to tell you more about the position and ask you more technical questions

  • A final interview with our Team Manager, in our offices for the ultimate fit.
