Your mission if you accept it

Take up the challenges of your future clients in the deployment of Atlassian tools! (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo..) 

To help us in this adventure, put on your super technical and functional consultant's cape and join our super Valianteam! Close-knit, involved and relaxed, our team will welcome you as it should be.

Our training program through the practice of Atlassian tools will make you a real expert to thwart the most formidable deployments !

Our objective : to accompany you in the development of your skills throughout your career with us, in a good work environment.

You will have several "cloaks" 

*Put out feelers : analyse the needs of clients, advise them, carry out technical and functional audits

*Prepare your action plan: configuring and integrating applications according to the needs and requirements of clients

*Ensure the change management: deploy and adopt the Atlassian collaborative tools. You will also have to lead training sessions for future users.

As a loyal ITSM advocate, you will not forget to :  

*Ensure compliance with the best practices and methods related to the ITIL processes that will allow you to establish the various ITSM processes

*Share: contribute to our blogs (internal and external) and participate in events promoting Atlassian's ITSM tools. 

You will spend 40% of your time with our clients in France and/or abroad, depending on your wishes for mobility, so keep your passport to hand!

What might your week at Valiantys look like? 

Generally, the week starts with a weekly meeting with your Project Manager to review your various projects: your progress, your difficulties, etc. 

Throughout the week, as administrator of Atlassian tools for a single client: 

Monday, Tuesday for a customer in the Defense industry: implementation of a functionality on Jira Service Management and Jira Align with the digital/data team

Wednesday, you lead a training session (remote or face-to-face) on Advanced Roadmap (an app from the Atlassian marketplace) with the users in de digital startup.

Thursday: you participate in the construction of a demo for pre-sales and in the afternoon you go to the client to carry out a functional and technical audit by exchanging with the project manager of a CAC 40 company.

On Friday, you can be mobilised to work on your practice.

What is a practice? Practices are communities that allow you to specialise in a particular area (agility, ITSM or cloud) by receiving support, training and advice. You will have dedicated time to participate in these activities in order to build/strengthen your career around a specialisation. At a certain level of specialisation you can also contribute to the improvement of the practice by teaching other consultants, creating sales/presales/delivery/marketing materials. 

Do you have what it takes to be a Consultant?

To be really comfortable in this role, you need to have some experience in consulting, customer support, software development or technical pre-sales. 

A 4/5 year degree in computer science is imperative to be able to handle the technical side of the job on your own. 

Good command of English is imperative and believe us if we tell you, you will really need it!

You need to be fluent in french too

And to perfectly embody this role, the soft skills expected are :

To be able to advise clients well, you need to know how to listen, use kindness and pragmatism to guide them in their choices. 

Of course, you must have customer satisfaction at heart.

The variety of clients, sectors and therefore problems will require autonomy, initiative, a touch of organisation and a good handful of curiosity!
