The Assignment          

We are seeking an accomplished and goal-oriented Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead our efforts in the dynamic Benelux market. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and industries to lead, collaborate with, educate, and present compelling solutions to business and executive (C-suite) buyers in enterprise accounts. Your ability to establish trust, communicate transparently, and drive change with innovative ideas and valuable solutions will be instrumental in fostering enduring client relationships and propelling business growth.

Things you will be working on 

·       Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to cultivate and maintain a portfolio of accounts within the Benelux region, spanning various industries.

·       Drive all phases of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to proposal development, scoping, pricing, contract negotiations, and order processing. Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of accounts capable of meeting annual sales quotas.

·       Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gain insights into clients' strategies, priorities, and initiatives before engagement.

·       Utilize industry knowledge and client insights to uncover needs and propose innovative, value-added solutions.

·       Influence clients' strategic agendas by aligning with emerging industry trends and collaboratively executing customized and complex solutions and services. Develop a growth strategy and roadmap tailored to the unique dynamics of the Benelux market.

·       Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer details, including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps, in Salesforce.

·       Collaborate closely with Professional and Managed Services teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Maintain proficiency in Agile and IT Service Management (ITSM) markets and Atlassian solutions.

What you need to be successful 

·       Extensive experience in IT service sales, preferably with large enterprises in the Benelux region.

·       Previous experience in an international consulting environment offering B2B solutions is highly desirable.

·       Demonstrated success in enterprise and strategic sales, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

·       Proficiency in understanding and analyzing competition within the Benelux market.  Experience with digital transformation initiatives and familiarity with agile practices.  Strong phone presence and experience managing a high volume of calls per day. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, Dutch, and English. Effective time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Location 

This role is fully remote and business travel is required. Our location preference is Belgium.
