Your assignment 

We are looking for a final year intern to join the Valiantys Operational Excellence team.

As a Data Analyst Assistant within our team, you will play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using our Data Visualisation platform: Tableau.

You will work closely with our Operational Excellence team to strengthen our data-driven decision-making processes.

Things you'll be working on

Develop Reports:

- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

These reports should effectively communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders, assisting in strategic decision-making processes.

Collaborate with Teams:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially the Operational Excellence team, to understand their data needs.

- Provide analytical support to help these teams optimize their processes and outcomes.

Maintain Data Integrity:

- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various sources.

- Regularly review and clean data to maintain the integrity of the information used for analysis.

Present Findings:

- Clearly communicate complex data insights to a non-technical audience.

- This includes preparing and delivering presentations that articulate the significance of data-driven decisions to the overall business strategy.

Do you have what it takes to be a Data Analyst Assistant ?

You have a 5-year IT/Data Science degree and have worked with data as part of an internship or project. 

You must be fluent in French & English.

You have a solid knowledge on software development and you know how to script (Python, Bash, etc.). You know how to manipulate databases (SQL).

If You've already worked on Dataviz projects it would be great !

You are also : 

- comfortable communicating with different types of people on both business and technical issues.

- Curious to learn and develop your skills in Dataviz-related subjects.

- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to listen and teach

- A sense of service

If you have a knowledge of Atlassian and/or Tableau tools would be highly appreciated.
