Join Urban Campus and help amplify our story! We are seeking a Paid Media and SEO Manager with a passion for creativity and data-driven insights to support our Global Marketing Manager. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing online advertisements and driving paid media strategies to grow the Urban Campus brand, attracting more leads to our website, and growing our customer awareness throughout Europe as well as to B2B partners. Your ability to plan and execute successful paid media projects will help us to achieve our goals and reach new heights.

The position is based in Madrid and is a hybrid role. The Paid Media and SEO Manager will report to the Urban Campus Global Marketing Manager.

At Urban Campus we believe in the power of social, digital, and content platforms to help tell our story. We are looking for an analytical mind and storyteller, that can help us to effectively reach our audience, drive sales, and lower our lead acquisition costs using a blend of owned and paid channels, (via Google ads, Meta ads, and our web)

What you will do:

Paid Marketing: Impactful paid campaign creation

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Creating and launching new spaces ad accounts, including button tags in tag manager and reporting setup
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
  • Drive targeted and qualified traffic to the website through effective campaign creation and execution
  • Identify and anticipate the types of content needed to establish the paid marketing strategy throughout the different channels (Google search, Google Display, Meta ads, Third party websites or something else? Let us know!)
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing and manage the content on the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization

Website/SEO management:

  • Development of landing pages employing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into leads
  • Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape

Market research

  • Conduct market and competitor research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, trends, and competition
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies **

Brand Marketing – know the consumer, know the brand

  • Support the Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager and our external design team in the development of the global visual identity guidelines required materials for paid campaigns
  • Brand guardian: Ensure that all brand marketing materials are consistent throughout all communication channels and teams.

Generic tasks - Undertake individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • Complete fluency in English and Spanish knowledge are required. French is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, campaign management and creation (2-3 years) in an agency, fast-growing startup, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Experience managing Google Analytics, Google ads, Google Optimize, Google tag manager, and Meta ads.
  • Advertising copywriting and content production skills
  • Website positioning and WordPress management
  • Passion for creating impactful campaigns that meet commercial and branding objectives.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented, with Excel and reporting skills
  • Passion, motivation, curiosity, and the ability to think creatively
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Team player, with a very strong team spirit
  • Autonomous, get-things-done attitude
  • Flexible, and with a sense of humor
  • Bonus points:
  • Design skills: Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
