As part of the French Operations Team and first hire in Lille, you are responsible for the successful opening and management of our current residences in Lille.
This is a position for an entrepreneurial mind, with strong project management skills, capable of coordinating a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing his or her work on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Operations: welcome new tenants, solve their problems, identify and manage external providers for property management and tenant services, and guarantee good tenant satisfaction in our residences
Community Development: engage the residents in person and through the community app; create events & networking to facilitate and create links between residents
Customer acquisition & sales: support locally our sales team to generate and convert leads, carry out market analysis and do on-site visits
Marketing: support the marketing team to create content about the local experience
Become our Lille expert: work with the real estate business development team on projects of future residences
It is an autonomous position based in Lille, but not a solitary one since you will work with different Headquarter teams:
Our Coliving Residence Manager based in Paris, who will be your manager
Our French Property Manager based in Paris
The centralized Sales, Marketing, and Community team based in Madrid
Our Real Estate Business Development team based in Paris, to help shape future residences

What we are looking for:
You possess a Hospitality Management degree or similar
You have +2 years’ experience, ideally in real estate or hospitality management
You have complete fluency in French and English. Spanish language will be a plus
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are enthusiastic and motivated, at work and in your personal life
You have experience in event organization and partnership management
You are capable of creating valuable content for social media
You are autonomous and resourceful, and you want to work on the ground
You are empathic and positive
You are a doer, have a practical mind, and are pragmatic in your search for solutions
You currently live in Lille and love this city!
