Upway is a fast-growing startup, building the world’s largest e-commerce site for e-bikes 🚲. We are  rapidly growing in our mission to make electric mobility more accessible and reduce waste 🌎 and have expanded to 5 countries during our first year of operation 📈!

We are now hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our operations team in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you'll be the voice of Upway, working to solve our traditional customers' pre/post-sale questions, issues, and needs. In addition, you will support our purchasing team by helping review and facilitating customer inbound sales.

  • Interests in sustainability, mobility, and technology
  • Background knowledge of bikes and/or e-bikes
  • Experience in customer support
