We are now hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our operations team in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you'll be the voice of Upway, working to solve our traditional customers' pre/post-sale questions, issues, and needs. In addition, you will support our purchasing team by helping review and facilitating customer inbound sales.
