About Upfluence

Upfluence develops and sells an influencer marketing software worldwide. Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of the software in October 2016, the company has shown impressive growth rate and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, and Lyon.


What are your missions?

As Sales & Marketing Operations Intern you will work with our Outbound Lead Generation Manager, Aziza. Your mission will be to support the outbound strategy’s strong growth worldwide. You will discover and take control of strategic topics like: lead generation, automation, analytics, reporting.

It is a real challenge to scale this B2B acquisition model. You’ll be midway between the Sales Development Representatives (SDR)  and the Marketing team and have daily interactions with both teams. 


Your mission:

  • Generating qualified leads for our team of Sales Development Representatives ;
  • Coming-up with new ideas of leads and how to generate them ;
  • Managing and optimizing outbound tools (Salesforce, Outreach…) ;
  • Writing and updating email sequences ;
  • Testing new tools and staying up-to-date on outbound trends ;
  • Working hand-in-hand with the sales team to have their feedback on the quality of the leads you brought them ;
  • Automating processes as much as possible ; 
  • Creating analysis and reportings to monitor outbound results.


 You’re a perfect match if

  • You’re currently enrolled/graduating in your final year of Master’s degree in a business school or engineering school
  • You’re fluent in English (we work mainly in the US) ;
  • You have good writing and communication skills in English ;
  • Growth is your leitmotiv: you try new techniques every day ;
  • You’re curious to learn and ready to roll-up your sleeves to find solutions ;
  • You have experience working with Excel/Google sheet ; 
  • You put a great attention to details ;
  • You’re combative and tenacious, you fight for the result and to reach your objectives.
