About the role

We are hiring a Partnerships Associate Apprentice/Intern to reinforce our Partnerships function within the Revenue team. Your mission is to support the full lifecycle of partner development at Trustpair: from market analysis and data management to commissions, renewals, and event preparation.

This role is primarily focused on partnership administration and you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Partnerships Manager, Chloé Lemière, helping her scale operations and keep partner processes rigorous, while she focuses on strategic initiatives and revenue generation. The role mixes operational work with selective, supervised business-facing exposure. On top of this core scope, you’ll gradually support the day-to-day coordination of a small portfolio of partners.

This is a role position based in our Paris office, with a hybrid work environment.

Package details: Internship/apprenticeship is paid according to contract type, e.g. up to €1400 for an end of study internship.

What you'll do:

Market Analysis & Benchmarking

  • Conduct ongoing partner and market benchmarking across priority regions.
  • Help identify potential new partners and contribute to early qualification under guidance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date partner landscape and mapping to support decision-making.
Data Management & CRM
  • Maintain and update partner data in HubSpot and Notion.
  • Run regular data sanity checks to ensure reliability.
  • Contribute to the improvement and automation of partner dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Make sure data structures and segmentation follow guidelines.
Partner Revenue Operations (Commissions, Billing & Renewals)
  • Prepare monthly “deal won” reports and calculate partner commissions under supervision.
  • Coordinate commission invoicing with Finance and follow up with partners once validated.
  • Verify invoice amounts for new deals and renewals; validate payments in Spendesk.
  • Track contract end dates, manage denunciations, and execute renewal steps in line with instructions.

Communication & Reporting

  • Produce monthly partner-ready reports (Excel + email summary).
  • Support the creation of communication materials (newsletters, announcements, content updates).
  • Ensure internal visibility on partner performance via clear, regular updates.

Events & Partner Activation

  • Support the preparation of partner and industry events.
  • Assist with partner outreach, meeting scheduling, and event-related coordination.
  • Manage post-event follow-up: consolidate data, gather feedback, and help define next steps.
  • Help activate Tier 3 and opportunistic partners under supervision.

Business-facing Support

  • Participate in exchanges with partners when validated and supervised.
  • Help coordinate day-to-day interactions with a small portfolio of partners.
  • Conduct first-level qualification of inbound partnership requests under clear guidelines.
  • Support early-stage co-marketing or co-selling initiatives once approved.
  • Help monitor partner-driven pipeline progression for smaller partners.
