Job description

The goal of the marketing team is to help Trustpair become the world-leading risk management platform for Finance departments through brand awareness and lead generation.

As part of the Growth team, you will be in charge of managing outbound campaigns and lead lifecycle. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Content, the Growth Acquisition Manager as well as the Head of SDR. You will be in charge of :

Developing an outbound strategy with a multi-touch and multi-channel approach
Setting up and monitoring outbound campaigns; ranging from account targeting, lead scrapping, and copywriting to campaign performance analysis
Automating marketing processes in Hubspot such as lead enrichment and scoring as well as email sequences
Build dashboards to provide strategical insights, reach performance targets and iterate fast

Preferred experience

We are looking for someone to grow with us, with at least 2 years of experience managing outbound marketing, ideally in a scale-up environment.

  • You are an expert in setting-up outbound campaigns with knowledge of lead scrapping, data enrichment, automation, and sales engagement technologies ;
  • You understand the buyer’s journey and psychology and can adapt your communication with impactful copywriting ;
  • You speak English and French fluently.

  • You are bold and you like to tackle new challenges such as opening a new market - you have a strong view about how things should be done and are not afraid of getting your hands dirty ;

  • Case restitution with Alexandre & Paul, our CRO, and Coffee fit with two members of Trustpair (1h30).
