Salesforce Solution Architect

At Treatwell, we are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Salesforce team. you will lead our Salesforce team and oversee the development, strategy and execution of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. You will play a crucial role in aligning our Salesforce solutions with business goals, managing project timelines, and enhancing team capabilities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and integrate smoothly with existing systems.
  • Lead and provide direction for the 3 Salesforce team members, ensuring high standards of development practices and collaboration.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, including detailed planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into functional and technical specifications.
  • Assess business processes and system integration challenges, and develop architectural solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to enhance business efficiency and performance.
  • Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and trends, incorporating best practices and technologies to maintain and enhance the platform’s effectiveness.

About you:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex, integrated solutions.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience managing technical teams and projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience experience in a marketplace business is a plus.
