The Customer Success Team is looking for a Junior Project Manager/ Customer Success Manager to track results from our community platform and support our clients in their community projects.
👉 Missions:
• Support the launch & the day-to-day management of our clients’ community platforms (attend weekly meetings, follow up through emails etc.)
• Collaborate with our Community Manager to build animation plans that suit our brands strategy to retain their customers
• Collaborate with our Tech team to manage clients’ requests
• Analyze & report on community performance and best practices
• Listen to our customers’ needs and suggest improvements & ways forward
Apprentice will collaborate with CSM leads on different projects.


Profil recherché

• You are pursuing a master 1 or Master 2
• Ideally 3 weeks/1 week alternation rhythm
• You already have experience with similar missions
• Tech savvy and at ease with digital tools
• You are curious and a quick learner
• You can work on a lot of different projects
• You are bilingual (French & English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have active listening skills and patience for consistently providing a fantastic customer experience
• You like data and you are good with reporting


Déroulement des entretiens

• Send your resume & your apprenticeship schedule through Welcome to the Jungle
• First “screen” call with a CSM to check the adequation between your profile & the job description
• Interview with the international CSM team in English, including a data analysis exercise
• Quick fitting calls with other team members
