We are actively looking to recruit a HR Generalist to be part of TISSIUM’s G&A Team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The HR Generalist will report to the Chief of Staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including support for hiring staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Manage the onboarding of new hires: organizing and implementing programs to train new employees.
  • Educate staff about new processes, HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Manage Employee training Program.
  • Generate official internal documents such as contract, offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips…
  • Manage & schedule medical exams.
  • Develop employee policies and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Help promote HR initiatives.
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

JOB ENVIRONMENT/INTERACTIONS

  • Contribute to the company’s culture and employee performance.
  • Assist Managers with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with other members of the Team to assist the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.

Profil recherché

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required.
  • HR Generalist with 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Ability to multitask, including leading and completing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
