We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and talented Product Manager to help us scale our business. Our core product is OdySight, the world’s first mobile app for the remote monitoring of vision supported by a national healthcare system. OdySight is a digital medical device (CE mark, class I) available on prescription only, that allows patients affected by eye conditions to do medical tests at home. Results are automatically sent to the ophthalmologist, allowing a precise and regular monitoring. Aside from the clinically-validated tests, OdySight offers a gamified experience to foster long-term patient engagement, which is key for the monitoring of chronic eye conditions. Indeed, puzzles are unlocked everytime a patient does their test. Key facts about OdySight :

• Launched in 2018 in France

• 20 000 prescriptions to date

• Part of an early access programme since 2022 (Article 51), supported by the French “Sécurité Sociale”

• 1 ophthalmologist out of 7 in France already use OdySight

Reporting to the Chief operating Officer, you will deal with a wide range of critical aspects of the product.

• Lead the definition of the product roadmap considering business, medical, technical and regulatory stakes.

• Work hand in hand with Quality and Technical departments to define and implement procedures

• Identify opportunities for the continuous product improvement using data & user feedbacks and lead the discovery phase.

• Supervise planification and coordination of releases (as a SaMD, Software as a Medical Device, we use a waterfall delivery approach)

Must have :

• Master’s degree (university, business or engineering school)

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience (excl. internships)

• Strong project management and coordination skills

• Valuable product management background

• Experience working in regulated environments

• Proactive and solutions-oriented behavior, “go getter” mindset

• People management experience a plus

• Fluent in English

Nice to have :

• Experience working in the MedTech industry, knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 80001, GDPR, Hipaa,..

• Experience working in a medium-to-large IT company or IS department
