Tilak Healthcare develop a new form of digital medicine : medicinal video games to monitor the progress of patients with chronic diseases from a distance.
Created in 2016, Tilak is a unique video game studio where passionate professional and medical expert are working together to provide the best possible experience for connected health.
As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Business Excellence team. You will be in charge of the training and follow-up of our users. You will discuss with physicians and their teams to motivate them to use our products and help them implement it in their medical centers. You will work closely with the Support team to provide patients and physicians with the best possible experience of our mobile apps and contribute to the development of our products by providing relevant users feedback to the Production team. Your missions:
Answer to physicians interested by our apps and provide clear trainings to ensure an efficient and active usage of our products
Understand and optimize the organisation of every medical centers using our products to maximise their performances
You will ensure that every client is properly trained and able to use our apps. You will be the owner of the training process and will work with the Marketing team to develop the related assets and tools.
💻 Follow up:
Develop positive relationships with professional users and help them navigate through the dedicated dashboards
Re-motivate inactive users
Qualify users’ feedbacks and provide them to the Production team to contribute to the direct development of our products
Visit medical centers everywhere in France to ensure that their team are trained and ready to use our apps
Participate to medical conferences and seminars to promote our apps and convince new users
You will develop a strong relationship with physicians and their team. You will identify opportunities and needs, and help us create the best strategy to promote our apps.
Qualify users according to their involvement with our products and update our CRM tools
Gather data, analyze statistics and share reports with the other teams
You will track performances and constantly adapt your strategy to reach the team objectives.
What we are looking for:
1 or 2 years professional experience in a similar position
A strong motivation to help us shape the future of digital medicine
A curious mind and very good communication skills
Strong ability to adapt your speech and explain clearly
Outstanding relational skills, both oral and written
Rigor, self-organization, confidence and autonomy
Fluency in English. You’ll be using English with some of your clients and colleagues
