Own conference & event execution (primary focus):
Create and maintain the global events schedule - ensuring event details, locations, timing, team support and promotional or marketing activities are documented.
Coordinate event timing & action of end-to-end logistics: reservation and bookings, timely payments, shipments, booth assets, speaker materials, travel coordination, lead capture, etc..
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and event organizers.
Ensure everything arrives, runs, and wraps up exactly as planned.
Be on-site as needed to ensure flawless execution and lead capture >20% travel.
Support marketing execution (secondary focus):
Coordinate production of marketing collateral with designers, printers, and suppliers.
Execute scheduled social media posts and track basic engagement metrics.
Support campaign rollouts by tracking deliverables and timelines.
Maintain organized, up-to-date marketing asset libraries for Sales and partners.
What You’ll Work On
Day-to-day coordination of global marketing events and activities.

Multi-lingual coordination (French & English required; additional languages a bonus).

Suppliers and customers are reimbursed in a timely manner as & when applicable.
What We’re Looking For
2 years in event or project management. (healthcare/software a plus)
Strong organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders informed.
Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and execution-driven personality with a sense of humor
Capable with: CRM, project tools, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
