Own conference & event execution (primary focus):

  • Create and maintain the global events schedule - ensuring event details, locations, timing, team support and promotional or marketing activities are documented.

  • Coordinate event timing & action of end-to-end logistics: reservation and bookings, timely payments, shipments, booth assets, speaker materials, travel coordination, lead capture, etc..

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and event organizers.

  • Ensure everything arrives, runs, and wraps up exactly as planned.

  • Be on-site as needed to ensure flawless execution and lead capture >20% travel.

Support marketing execution (secondary focus):

Coordinate production of marketing collateral with designers, printers, and suppliers.

  • Execute scheduled social media posts and track basic engagement metrics.

  • Support campaign rollouts by tracking deliverables and timelines.

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date marketing asset libraries for Sales and partners.

What You’ll Work On

  • Day-to-day coordination of global marketing events and activities.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Clinical teams, distributors, and partners.

  • Clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.

  • Multi-lingual coordination (French & English required; additional languages a bonus).

  • Execution runs smoothly, with clear communication across teams and no surprises.

  • Events executed flawlessly — booth materials & staff always arrive & depart on time

  • Campaigns deliver leads with tracked results and handover to Sales

  • Marketing calendars and collaterals are always current and accessible

  • Internal sales & distributors are aware of & have access to the latest collaterals.

  • Suppliers and customers are reimbursed in a timely manner as & when applicable.


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years in event or project management. (healthcare/software a plus)

  • Strong organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and execution-driven personality with a sense of humor

  • Capable with: CRM, project tools, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams.
