As Social Media Manager, you are a critical part of our Commercial and Marketing team, developing and driving our social media strategy in collaboration with our Chief Marketing Officer.

Missions

  • Define an ambitious strategy on social networks to promote the brand and its products across different markets. Have focus on all product categories.
  • Ensure consistency between our organic strategy and our paid marketing strategy.
  • Define targets to reach.
  • Define the schedule of social network activities based on the marketing calendar and market events.
  • Prepare publications from A to Z and ensure their perfect execution for each social network, taking into account its specificities (with precise briefings), to reach and engage a maximum of users. Brainstorm new, creative approaches.
  • Plan the publications on the different social networks.
  • Respond to messages on the different social networks.
  • Respond to customers and refer them to the after-sales service when necessary.
  • Animate the entire community and identify customer ambassadors.
  • Archive and promote User Generated Content.
  • Work hand in hand with the influence manager.
  • Monitor the market’s best practices and innovative campaigns.
  • Report and analyze the impact of the strategy and suggest ways to improve it. Monitor & report on KPI performances, provide insightful analysis of results, and use findings to create future brand recommendations
  • Define the relevant tools and processes to be implemented
  • Management of 2 people.

Profil recherché

  • Demonstrate knowledge in the areas of social media. At least 3 years experience.
  • Creative and passionate about social networks, you are always on the lookout for new uses and types of content and excel in finding new ideas and possible content outlets on a daily basis.
  • Someone constantly on the lookout for upcoming new features across different social media platforms and different geographic locations in the fashion, music, beauty and art scene.
  • Have a sense of organization and great rigor to manage your activity efficiently.
  • Have an eye for detail and your writing skills are impeccable (spelling, grammar, syntax)
  • Have strong relationship skills, knowing how to professionally and positively manage relationships, entertaining, and communications.
  • Actively engage with social media, with some experience of your own in content creation and influencer engagement.
  • Have a Customer-centric mindset
  • Have proven results and are capable of driving different projects simultaneously to specific KPIs per month.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, to strict deadlines with impeccable organizational skills and for big stakeholders
  • Creative eye & artistic sensibility
  • Ability to work autonomously as the social media expert across all account(s)
  • Be proactive and rigorous with a problem-solving attitude to achieve goals.
  • Be fluent in English, notions of French would be great. Additional languages a bonus.
  • The mastery of Photoshop/Adobe Suite and standard computer tools is essential.
