En nous rejoignant à Gémenos, vous intégrez un site localisé entre mer et collines provençales, regroupant nos activités d’identité et de sécurité numériques et nos activités de défense alliant à la fois ingénierie et production, et favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et convivial.

• IMT primary interface to coordinate and actively participate in the alignment of IMT activities with PAY CARD business, Manufacturing, Supply, Procurement ,  Quality and financial requirements .  

• Ensure and monitor the efficiency, ressource and cost of IMT delivery in line with BL priorities . 

• Owner of the Roadmaps definition and orientations for the concerned BL (Products/ Process/ Materials/ Equipments)

• Support Module offer Manager 

Your missions :

• Manage the BL Products / process roadmaps according to PAY BL requests

• Align projects/programs & resources priorities according to PAY BL request 

• This includes to challenge Marketing on its product definition (completeness, stability, etc.) 

• Challenging the IMT Project /Program Leaders on schedule, cost, etc

• Support BLs for Key production issue and follow the corrective action plan

• Validate product and process changes as IMT CMB representative 

• Contribute to product FRS regarding industrial requirements

• Periodically reports program progress and cost to BL Management.

• Provide constant visibility of projects and support portfolio to stakeholders

• Escalates critical issues when needed.

• Support the evaluation & qualification of subcontractors for finished products upon BL’s request

• Participate with IMT to BL Products technology IP protection

• Contribute to the BL part of the Manufacturing & Supply StrategyGérer les feuilles de route des produits/processus BL conformément aux demandes PAY BL.

 Ensure Project delivery and alignment . Influence Direction and Strategy for product development , competivity and  sustaining projects for PAY BL.

 Written and Verbal communications with All Manufacturing, Finance  and Business related services 

Votre Profil

• Educational background in Engineering ( BAC +5), Materials , Mechanical or Manufacturing 

• 10 years minimum in product and process engineering, development and project management with transversal coordination 

• Fluent English and French

Technical Skills :

• Excellent communication skills, including in English.

• Attention to detail combined with very good synthesis skills.

• Organized, rigorous, persuasive.

• Card and module technical knowledge and understanding 

• Good business judgment ( BL experience is a Plus)

• Problem Solving and Data analysis 

• Expert in Projects management methodology with Successful project management experience
