Thales CDI is seeking an experienced and visionary Industry 4.0 Manager to lead the digital transformation of our manufacturing and industrial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in program and change management, a deep understanding of smart manufacturing technologies, and a proven ability to align multidisciplinary stakeholders around a common vision.

Our goal is to transform CDI manufacturing sites into fully automated, connected, and data-driven environments. This role will drive the strategic implementation of advanced technologies—such as IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), data analytics, automation, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and AI—to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

As CCoI Industry 4.0 Manager, you will:

  • Lead cross-domain transformation programs and coordinate multiple project streams.
  • Ensure proper implementation of program plans, managing resources, budgets, ROI, timelines, and quality constraints.
  • Chair Industry 4.0 Steering Committees and lead the CDI Industry 4.0 Community, providing updates and addressing stakeholder queries.
  • Define and maintain a 4–5 year roadmap, including program objectives, milestones, deliverables, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee change management and ensure smooth transition from projects to operational processes.
  • Monitor program progress, deliverables, and risks, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Train and develop the required skills set for our manufacturing workforce in partnership with the Thales Industry Academy.
  • Work in close partnership with our Lean Senior Lead/PM, IMT and Product Eng. departments
  • Manage and develop our MES PM and Industry 4.0 Engineers

Votre Profil

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Management, or related field.

  • 8–10 years of experience in program/project management with a focus on digital transformation in manufacturing.

  • Proven track record in implementing automation, digitalization, and data-driven improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of MES, ERP, WMS, CMMS, Machine connectivity, IoT platforms.

  • Experience with data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud-based industrial solutions.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Fluent in English and French.
