Descriptif du poste

Tennaxia is looking for a Lead Product Designer based out of our Paris or Laval Office to help define how users and companies use software to embrace sustainability.

Our designers are taking an active role in every step of the process, from gathering user data through interviews, brainstorming solutions, prototyping, to designing state-of-the-art solutions and interfaces.

As a Lead Product Designer reporting to the CPO, you will help ensure your products are usable and desirable to our users, while crafting them with a high level of execution. Simply put, you own product desirability.

We are looking for candidates who have strong user empathy, a love to solve problems, and world-class design skills.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Champion information design of Tennaxia products and get your hands dirty by wireframing, prototyping, and designing end-to-end product features by using data, user insights, and relevant testing methods

  • Provide effective leadership & guidance as a senior member of the design team

  • Lead high design standards, always challenging the team with thoughtful critique

  • Lead by example high quality user research efforts, framing unbiased open questions to uncover and document actionable product insights

  • Create and advocate for design best practices in product teams

  • Partner with various stakeholders, Product Managers, Dev, CSM and Consultants…


Profil recherché

  • 6+ years of product design experience, with a focus on B2B Web SaaS

  • Strong background in visual design / interaction design / information architecture, with a great eye for layout, typography, iconography, and color

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, you are at ease to defend complex design ideas, push transformations, and get buy-in from stakeholders

  • An empathic leader with a proven ability to understand humans’ cognitive needs, leading to outstanding user experiences

  • Advanced proficiency with prototyping & design tools

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a design-related field

Nice to have

·        A simple, intuitive, and beautiful portfolio

·        Graphic design, motion design or architecture background

·        Business level English
