About The Role :
As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.
Direct report to the Global Talent Manager Director at Corporate Level, the Talent Development Project Manager will focus on deploying global talent management initiatives as part of our People Development roadmap for the Group, fostering a culture of growth to support our business transformation.
The role will consist of contributing to manage our key performance and development annual campaigns as well as leading Talent Management Projects as part of “My Development Journey” initiative.

Our People Development transformation initiative called "My Development Journey" aims at providing more fairness, clarity and guidance when it is about career development in the organisation.
The Talent Development Project Manager will lead or participate in several initiatives as part of My Development Journey such as the mentoring program, career path design as well as structuring internal mobility, organising our first global career event, etc.
These initiatives are not exhaustive and may be completed by additional missions closely related to Career Management. Indeed, Technip Energies is promoting a Career Journey for all and this approach should be distillate in every Talent Management Projects.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Key skills and competencies include :
About you : Experience :- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in a People Development Center of Excellence (CoE). - Proven track record in managing talent management or people development initiatives.
Skills : - Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage and align stakeholders. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Resilience and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and dynamic environments. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders. - Analytical mindset.
- Fluent English is mandatory, French is a plus.
