After exploring our presence in the United States on our Technip Energies world tour, weāre heading to the UK.
š Our teams in the UK have grownĀ by 39% since 2022, and we currently haveĀ more than 450 employeesĀ based inĀ London, Milton Keynes, Aberdeen and Teesside across Technip Energies and Genesis.
š”Projects managed by our UK offices are at the forefront of delivering a decarbonized UK power sector by 2030 and accelerating the countryās transition to net zero
ā”We were notably awarded a major contract in 2024 for the Net Zero Teesside Power, which aims to become theĀ worldās first gas-fired power station with carbon capture and storage, capturing up toĀ 2 million tonnes of COā per year. The plant will be capable of generating over 740 megawatts of flexible, dispatchable low-carbon power, equivalent to the annual electricity requirements of more than one million UK homes.
