Descriptif du poste

The Digital Project Intern will be reporting to the Fan & Digital Activities Manager in the Brand & Revenues Diversification Department.

You will play a support role on web2 and web3 projects. Your mission is to help report bugs, resolve them and improve the user experience on the V.Hive app.

Digital project management

  • Helping and taking charge of some projects at different stages of development: V.Hive app, In Game Items releases, Digital platform …

  • For each project, brief the creative & communication team, monitor & report progress in production of deliverables, work closely with all internal stakeholders (esport, marketing, partnership) and ensure regular communicate flows

  • Develop and monitor specific revenue optimization projects (advertising networks, Twitter, etc.)

V.Hive App: loyalty program and customer experience

  • Loyalty program : work with the team on the loyalty program animation and the reward planning

  • Improvement of V.Hive experience: work with the team on the discord and with the support team to resolve our users’ problems, deliver post launch analysis (qualitative & quantitative) to upgrade process  and performance

Benchmarking & competitive intelligence

  • Monitor and report new web3 trends (Crypto, NFT, ENS, Guilds)

  • Run analysis, benchmark, and recommendations of opportunities for optimization or creation of revenue sources


Profil recherché

  • Knowledge of the esport & gaming industries

  • Creative, dynamic

  • Organized project manager

  • Communication skills verbally and in writing

  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
