We’re hiring a Senior Digital Media Strategist / Planner to operate within Rushbee and serve a variety of stakeholders, both external clients/partners and internal Vitality teams. The ideal candidate combines strong social media strategy with hands-on planning and activation across digital channels (paid social, YouTube, display; programmatic is a plus). You’ll work closely with Media Sales and the Head of Growth & Media to shape revenue-driving initiatives and secure value from publisher ecosystems ensuring our campaigns benefit from smart partnerships, preferential inventory access, and rigorous performance management.
In this role, you’ll translate business goals into channel strategies, build plans, launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end, and deliver actionable insights. You’ll operate in an agency model (Rushbee), balancing multiple clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with brand, comms, and content teams to align media with creative and business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Work alongside Media Sales to shape and grow Rushbee’s media revenue stream.
Identify and nurture publisher/network partnerships; support negotiations to secure preferential inventory access and incremental value.
Co-build sellable media packages (positioning, pricing logic, expected outcomes) with Media Sales and the Head of Media.
Turn business goals into clear media strategies and channel mixes (paid social, YouTube, display; programmatic a plus).
Plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns end-to-end (briefs, tracking, pacing, KPI delivery, learnings).
Ensure tight alignment with brand/communications/content; deliver data-driven insights and testing roadmaps.
Operate within Rushbee (agency model), serving multiple external clients and internal Vitality stakeholders.
Partner closely with Media Sales on revenue initiatives and publisher deals; coordinate with the Head of Media on strategy and standards.

Passion for esports / gaming / entertainment is a plus.
Language: English (mandatory). French (strong plus).
Typical experience: ~5–8 years in digital media planning/strategy (agency or brand side), including end-to-end campaign ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
